Our Story
JWB Corporate was established in 2017 to provide companies both in the UK and overseas, with accountancy and tax Compliance Services. This has evolved to include the provision of Executive Services, adding real value to our clients and providing conscientious advice that makes a positive difference. Quality information underpins the decision-making process, so we appreciate how important it is to be equipped with timely and accurate financial information. We provide our services to start-up companies, through to well established international household names, across a wide variety of industries on a worldwide basis.

All work is overseen by qualified Chartered Accountants, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. We believe in price certainty, which is why we aim to fix fees wherever possible, offering clarity for both our clients and our firm, without unexpected costs. Our approach is built on open communication and trust, which means we’re always approachable and ready to help. Whether you need quick advice or a detailed discussion, we don’t believe in charging every time we pick up the phone, because strong client relationships should be based on support, not ticking clocks.
We understand that businesses operate beyond standard office hours, especially when working toward tight internal deadlines or critical projects. Many of our clients have an overseas presence so time zone changes can create difficulties in bringing people together.
That’s why, with sufficient notice, we offer support in the early hours, evenings and at weekends to ensure our clients get the assistance they need, when they need it. Whether it’s finalising reports, meeting filing deadlines, or resolving urgent financial matters, we’re committed to being a trusted partner at every stage.
The team
Jacob Bray FCA
Managing Director and Founder
Jacob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, advising corporate entities on compliance and advisory matters since 2005.
He has worked in practice and industry, which has allowed him to appreciate the different focus and pressures that an internal finance team are subject to and tailor his advice accordingly. Jacob has experience working with clients in a multitude of industries and of various sizes, ranging from start-up companies through to those with turnovers in excess of £100m.
Jacob’s speciality is complex financial reporting, consolidating overseas entities and helping companies to implement high quality and efficient management reporting processes.
Meeting clients face to face to discuss their business affairs is Jacob’s preferred method of interaction, allowing him to develop a deeper appreciation of their business, the issues they face and a better understanding of the owners and their requirements.
Jacob has a number of large overseas clients and regularly travels to their offices. Working closely with staff at all levels of the business, he recognises the importance of building relationships based on mutual understand and trust, especially when operations are conducted on a national and international scale.
Celine Bray FCA
Company Secretary
Celine spent 6 years in practice, assisting business with their accounting and tax compliance, before working in insolvency. Having now left practice, Celine is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader in the Business School at the University of the West of England.
Celine provides assistance to JWB Corporate as required and is a fluent Cantonese speaker.
Kerry Jackson
Accountant
Kerry joined JWB Corporate in 2023 having spent 27 years in both practice and industry, working with clients including insurance brokers, car dealerships, estate agencies and manufacturing companies, to name but a few. At JWB Corporate, Kerry specialises in outsourced financial services, including bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll and VAT returns
